2. PRODUCTS & ORDERING

2.1 Products Offered
We specialize in high-quality, 100% natural incense sticks made in Madhya Pradesh, India. Each package includes a paper origami holder—designed to catch falling ash when placed on a non-flammable surface.

Safety Notice: Incense sticks and holders are flammable. Always burn on a stable, non-combustible surface. Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep away from children, pets, curtains and other combustible items. Essenceals is not liable for damage or injury from improper use.


2.2 Orders & Payment
Orders can only be placed through our website.
We accept credit card payments via Shopify’s secure payment system.
All prices are in CZK or EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.


2.3 Order Processing & Availability
We strive to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days.
In case of stock issues or delays, we will notify you via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.


3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

3.1 Shipping Methods
We ship within the European Union via DHL, Zásilkovna or DPD.


3.2 Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and courier.
Delivery times vary depending on the country and carrier but typically range from 5-14 business days.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Essenceals is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or damage during transit.


3.3 Pop-up Event Purchases
Essenceals does not have a physical store yet. However, our products are available at pop-up events. Purchases made at these events are subject to the same terms as online orders.


4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific return policies.


4.1 Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Only store credit will be issued for approved returns.
Customers must cover the return shipping costs.


4.2 Conditions for Returns
The product must be unused, and in its original unbroken packaging (with the sticker intact).
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged returns due to improper handling will not be accepted.


4.3 How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please fill out the contact form on our Contact Page on the website. We will review your request and provide further instructions.


5. WARRANTY & CLAIMS

We do not offer any warranties on our products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us through the Contact Page for assistance. We will review each case individually and determine the best resolution.


6. LIABILITY & LEGAL PROTECTION

Essenceals is not liable for any misuse of its products, including but not limited to:
Failure to follow safety instructions for burning incense.
Any allergic reactions or sensitivities to the natural ingredients used in our products.
Fire, damage, or injury caused by improper handling of incense sticks.
Lost or delayed shipments once the order has been handed over to the courier.
All disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Czech law. Consumers may seek resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time.


7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images and software—is owned by or licensed to Essenceals. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
